Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs what is considered abuse of the Site and Service provided by Dizzypeach Ltd (“Company”).

Any terms not defined in this AUP have the definitions given in the Terms of Service.

Security

You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt the Site, Service, Beta Releases or Third-Party Services, including through malicious code, denial-of-service or other cyber attacks.
Circumvent usage limits or security, safety, moderation or billing systems of the Site, Service, Beta Releases or Third-Party Services, including through model jailbreaks, prompt injection or similar techniques.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, Service, Beta Releases or Third-Party Services, including for competitive research.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, object code, non-public APIs or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Site, Service or Beta Releases.
Create, facilitate or distribute spyware or any capability for covert surveillance, persistent tracking, or monitoring of a person or device without their valid consent or other lawful authority.

You may not:

Violate the Terms of Service or applicable Third-Party Service terms.
Circumvent restrictions or fees of the Service or Third-Party Services, including through creating multiple Accounts or structuring usage or mailboxes to avoid applicable fees.
Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent being human or human-generated when AI or machine-generated, engage in phishing, spoofing or otherwise misrepresent the origin of information.
Create, promote or publish artificial, fake or inauthentic engagement, reviews, or other knowingly false or misleading information with the intent to harm.
Send unsolicited communications using the Site, Service or Beta Releases without consent or in violation of applicable law.
Use the Site, Service, Beta Releases, Documentation, Company Content or Third-Party Content to develop, or facilitate the development of, products or services that compete with the Service.
Post links that direct users to information that violates the Terms of Service or applicable Third-Party Service terms.
Submit Posts that promote or solicit products or services that compete with the Service.

You may not:

Violate intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
Modify, create derivative works from or reproduce the Site, Service or Beta Releases.
Sell, resell, distribute or otherwise make the Service or Beta Releases available to third parties.
Modify, create derivative works from, reproduce, distribute or publicly display Documentation as a standalone product, service or documentation offering that substitutes for or competes with the Documentation or Service.
Modify, create derivative works from, reproduce, distribute or publicly display Company Content or Third-Party Content.
Use, download or print Company Content or Third-Party Content for commercial use.
Obscure, alter or remove copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from the Site, Service, Beta Releases, Documentation, Company Content or Third-Party Content.

You may not:

Violate or facilitate the violation of applicable law or engage in illegal activities.
Threaten, incite or facilitate activities that are likely to cause physical harm to people, animals or property.
Harass, intimidate or abuse others, or engage in conduct that is discriminatory or harmful based on protected characteristics.
Process Personal Information in violation of applicable law, including in ways that may expose people to harassment, identity theft, loss of jobs or other harm.
Use the Service or Beta Releases for High-Risk Activities.
Use the Site, Service, Beta Releases, Documentation, Company Content or Third-Party Content in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
Submit Posts that include obscene, pornographic, indecent, profane or otherwise objectionable material.
